Nature-based solutions have the power to solve global problems. Our solution revolutionizes the quantification and marketing of blue carbon offsets through cutting edge AI and drone technology. Technological advances have made it possible to evaluate the amount of carbon stored in blue carbon ecosystems at scale. These ecosystems can store up to ten times the amount of carbon that terrestrial rainforests store. Despite their capacity, they remain under-utilized a climate mitigation solution compared to terrestrial ‘green’ carbon solutions. We seek to utilize the power of oceans to mitigate climate change by restoring, protecting and conserving mangrove, salt marsh and seagrass ecosystems.
